The number of users is how many people you can have in your meeting at the same time. If you purchase 5 users your meetings can have up to 5 users at once (including you).

Can I share my Lotus Sametime Unyte Share account?

No. Lotus Sametime Unyte Share accounts are assigned to individuals and should not be shared with other users. Lotus Sametime Unyte Share is moderately priced, and also offers a no charge application sharing tool.  These options make it easy for colleagues, friends and family members to obtain their own accounts.

What is quarterly vs. annually?

You can be billed for your Lotus Sametime Unyte Share subscription quarterly or annually. Annual billing receives a significant discount.
